Saline removal/lightening is a process of implanting an all natural saline solution into with skin with either a hand tool or a machine, which will draw the pigment molecules out of the skin.
No lasers!
Li-FT® is a certified vegan, non-acid, high salt based solution that has fruit seed extract, which when introduced to the dermis layer of your skin, creates the process of Osmosis.
(In this natural process, water in the cells beneath the healed pigment, contains lower levels of salt and will rise to the area containing higher concentrations of salt. Equalization draws the pigment from the dermal layer up to the epidermis by Osmotic pressure!) Pigment will then be trapped in healing skin at the surface, and will be removed as the skin sheds.
WHY SALINE REMOVAL?
This method safely lifts pigment out of the skin versus a laser that breaks up the pigment molecules for your lymph and waste system to break down. Depending on certain factors with laser, not all color molecules can be removed where saline removal does not have color restrictions. Saline removal does not damage the natural hair within the area and can often be less painful. If you plan to receive correction work, it can become more difficult to tattoo after laser treatment vs saline removal.
IS THIS THE RIGHT SERVICE FOR ME?
Often times, previous a cosmetic tattoo needs to be lightened enough to effectively cover or correct with a new shape or color. Depending on skin type and the severity of the removal, this can be possible in 1-3 sessions. Often times, there is only a small portion that will need to be removed due to undesirable healing and pigment migration, which can be corrected with the accuracy of a hand tool while implanting the solution.

Unless you are receiving emergency removal within 48hrs, removal cannot be done before 8wks after receiving a tattoo.
Any injections or fillers should be done at least 4 weeks prior.
*IMPORTANT*
Not everyone is an ideal candidate for this procedure.

Pregnant or Nursing
Unhealthy skin (i.e eczema, sunburn)
Chemotherapy within 1yr
Viral infections (diseases)
Had botox within a 3 week period of procedure
Had an organ transplant
Sick with a cold or flu like virus
Used Accutane in the last year

Redness and irritation can be normal!
Blot with saline wound wash 4x a day until scabs fall off. A cotton round works best for this.
Once scabs fall off naturally, apply Vitamin E oil 2x a day for a minimum of 2 weeks, but 4 is ideal.
